The last 15 days have been busy, to say the least! But at least I can finally say I’m halfway through National Novel Writing Month. Every year I tell myself it’s easier than I remember it being and it never is. But I have a good writing buddy and plenty of author fuel (iced coffee), so we’ve been pretty successful so far.
So, to celebrate, I officially revealed the cover for Blood Tyrant on my Facebook page a couple of days ago. (If you’re not following that by the way then 1) what’s wrong with you and 2) click here to get your butt over there.) Anyway, my third novel, and the last of the Secret of the Halflings trilogy, has been long overdue. So I was really excited to get to share this gorgeous cover with you. It was designed by Najla Qamber who is the talented designer that did the covers for Blood Oath and Blood Island as well.
Without further ado, behold!
I think this cover perfectly finishes off the set and I can’t wait to get a physical proof copy of the book in my hand with this beauty on the front. For my lovely readers, hopefully including you, you can order your print or ebook copy on Amazon on January 19, 2019. (I might open up an ebook pre-order ahead of time, so keep an eye open for that!)
So, you may ask, what am I doing with the other 15 days of NaNoWriMo? Two things actually. The first is I will be doing revisions and edits on Blood Tyrant before it’s finally ready for formatting. And, I will also begin writing the first draft of my next novel. And this is the first place the official title will be mentioned! My first non-Siren adventure will be titled Reborn Desires. You’ll have to wait a little while longer to discover what it’s about, but it will be a New Adult Urban Fantasy. 😉
Until Next Time!
